Reflexology is a form of body work, effective in improving a range of health those that are caused or exacerbated by stress, such as migraines, period pain, high blood pressure etc.
The purpose of all our work is to help you live a more settled life of greater ease.
Live at Ease Studio
From April to November, the Live at Ease Studio is based in Arles in the south of France; and December to March in Elwood, Australia. Each studio is a quiet, private, dedicated space where you will receive personal attention.

Are you a Reiki channel who has completed Reiki 2? You might like to join the REIKI DISTANT HEALING NETWORK. This is a friendly online network of Reiki folk who come together to support and learn from one another.
